Our approach started with collaborative content strategy—working directly with the team to break down complex Web3 concepts into digestible learning chunks. We researched existing educational platforms to identify best practices, then facilitated a comprehensive feature matrix workshop to define priorities and core functionality. Through iterative wireframing sessions, we mapped out user journeys and information architecture before moving into design and validation phases. This methodical process ensured every educational touchpoint was intentionally crafted to transform intimidating blockchain jargon into an accessible learning experience.
Outcome
We delivered an intuitive learning platform that successfully onboards newcomers to Web3. The six-module structure provides clear progression from basic concepts to advanced governance, while our 'resume where you left off' feature lets users learn at their own pace. The interactive glossary and progressive disclosure patterns transformed complex blockchain jargon into accessible knowledge for mainstream audiences, establishing it as a premier educational resource in the World of Women Foundation's ecosystem.
